Frederico is a director and producer at Take it Easy. He studied at the António Arroio school and took part in various workshops such as Directing Actors at Raindance of London, Directing at the four corners with Peter Ellis, and has directed dozens of advertising films and telediscs.

With Tiago Guedes, he co-directed the short film "o Ralo (1999)", "Acordar (2001)", the telefilm "Alta Fidelidade" (2000), the feature films "Coisa Ruim" (2006) and "Entre os Dedos (2008) and the series Noite Sangrenta (2010). In 2023 he is directing the series "Lusitânia" for RTP and is preparing the feature film "O Meu Nome é Luiza de Jesus". He is one of the founders and partner of Take It Easy.
